The Group developed and launched 20 developments with a total of more than 1000 residential in Singapore including  commercial units.

Macly Group has good track record of developing residential projects which include cluster and landed housing, commercial property as well as private condominiums and mixed developments. Some of the company’s projects and most of them have been developed successfully include Mackenzia 138 , Thomson V1, Thomson V2, Newton Edge, Zedge, Fivenine , Suites at Owen, Suites at Amber and Guillemard Edge.

Macly Group is also the developer of numerous developments with the partnership with Roxy Pacific Holding namely projects like Natura at Hillview, Haig 162, Nottinghill Suites and include mixed development such as Millage and EON Shenton. Both Developers have also ventured into the overseas markets to development Wisma Infinitum which comprises of more than 800 apartment units,  located in the premium address right in the business district of Kuala Lumpur. The group also partnership with Malaysia development Premium Developer to developed Kuala Lumpur’s Skyville 8 @ Benteng
